We’re here to help with diving questions including training, certification, reservations, places to stay and group-rate discounts!
Prepaid, discounted dive packages are nonrefundable, less than 15 days out. If you need to change days, less than 15 days out, we need at least 24 hours notice, before the dive, and the change would be subject to availability. Sometimes it is not possible to change during our busy times.
For reservations held with a credit card, for our Walk In rates, we have a 24 hour cancellation. If you cancel more than 24 hours out, there is no penalty. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours, for any reason, then full charges apply.
HOLIDAY RATES – December 19, 2017 – January 4, 2018 Reservations for the holidays, are only confirmed, when you’ve paid in full, at the time of the reservation. Our Holiday Rates have a 15 day cancellation policy – if you cancel more than 15 days out, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $25 credit card processing fee. If you cancel less than 15 days out, for any reason, then full charges apply.
